Day 1
Depart from Dar es Salaam Serena by 4×4 safari vehicle to the Nyerere National Park (approx. 6h)
(Formerly called Selous Game Reserve). Enjoy lunch at the Rufiji River Camp. Embark on an
afternoon game drive in the reserve, and then return to Camp for dinner and overnight

Day 2
Enjoy a full day game viewing in the park
Meals and overnight at Rufiji River Camp
Day 3
Enjoy a full day game viewing in the park including walking + boating safari
Meals and overnight at Rufiji River Camp
Day 4
Collect picnic lunches and drive to Mikumi National Park and proceed driving to Vuma Hill Tented
Camp. The camp is perched above the trees stretching over the seemingly endless wilderness
south west of Mikumi National Park.
Accommodation: Vuma Hill Tented Camp
Day 5
After breakfast drive to Ruaha National Park. Enjoy a late lunch at the lodge followed by an
afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight.

Day 6
Enjoy a full day game drive in the park. Meals and overnight at Ruaha River Lodge
Day 7
Transfer to Ruaha Msembe airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Dar Es Salaam. Auric Air:
09:45/12:00. Meet and greet at DAR Airport domestic terminal and transfer to either international
terminal or the city center

- Clients must exercise proper care when staying in National Parks. Wild animals are free to wander around the camps and lodges in National Parks and no liberties should be taken.
- Children should be supervised at all times. Clients undertake all activities in all locations at their own risk, and when asked to do so must be prepared to sign disclaimers forms for specific activities.
- Any special dietary requirements should be given at the time of booking. Please note that whilst every effort will be made to cook suitable food, ingredients are more limited in Tanzania than in the Western World.
- Water in taps is not suitable for drinking.
- Clients should also note that water is pumped straight from the ground and may well be discoloured.
- Power is provided by generator or solar systems, faro lights and recharging batteries.
- Power is not available for hairdryers or any other electrical equipment. The power will be on at set times and the lights will not stay on all night. The times will be published by each camp/lodge.
- Water is heated by solar energy, therefore hot water maybe limited during prolonged periods of heavy cloud and rain and in the early morning.
- Laundry is provided free of charge, but may be hand washed and is sun dried, therefore delicate items should not be put into Camp laundry.
- Lost property: Whilst efforts will be made to trace and return lost property to its owners, any costs incurred must be paid by the guest.
- World weather conditions are changing and we do not accept any responsibility for any unexpected weather conditions which may affect the enjoyment of your holiday. Any issue or dissatisfaction should be voiced to and registered by the management of the respective Camp/Lodge at the time of the stay.
- Feedback forms are provided for every guest on departure and will be referred to in any instance of a retrospective complaint. Any complaint made will be investigated in full, but lack of prior notification will be taken into account.
- Foxtreks Ltd, the owners and operators of Foxes Safari Camps accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, death or cancellation of holiday due to any act of war, terrorism, or act of God.
- Rates given are based on current taxes, park fees, concession fees, VAT exemptions and other taxes. Should any of these be changed by the government of Tanzania, we reserve the right to amend these rates and charge the additional amount to the clients, to be paid before arrival at the camp, even if the booking has been confirmed and prepaid
- All bookings must be made in writing and include names of all guests, ages of any children, any dietary requirements, and arrival/departure details
- Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 30% deposit. Balance of payment is due 30 days before arrival date
- All Costs are based on the prevalent Park fees, concession fees, existing taxes at existing rates. Rates will be increased without notice should any tax be introduced or a new tax introduced. Tax increases will be added to existing bookings even if already paid
- 30 days or more notice loss of 30% deposit
- Between 30 and 7 days 50% of the total cost
- Between 7 days and 48 hours 75% of the total cost
- Less than 48 hours 100% of the total cost
